Untitled #157
Hey everybody! (or should I say Hey Y'all! since I'm living in the south now?)
Long time, no posts. I know.
School is back in full swing for me and that means I am officially a college freshman! All of its perks and problems. Finding my routine and adjusting to my new life has been crazy and definitely kept me busy. Let's just say, everyday is a new adventure. Overall, college has been pretty fun and such a wonderful opportunity. I feel so blessed to have met so many wonderful people, even though it is a bit overwhelming to remember everyone's names! A post about college so far is definitely on the way!
But enough about school. On to more pressing matters; most importantly, the coming soon of everyone's (yours truly included) favorite season! That's right, its almost fall! Yay! Whether your thing is pumpkin spice everything or simply those wonderfully approaching holidays, or football season, which has already begun (Roll Tide!), there is something for everyone this season.
Today, I'm sharing with everyone a cute outfit for the, sort of, cooing temps. It has boots so its perfect for fall, right? Great for game day (in your school's colors, of course) or simply looking stunning for no better reason than you can.

For the Love of Lilly
Hello everyone!
These past few weeks have consisted of moving form California to Texas (crazy, I know) and now some rushed dorm shopping. I've been trying to get as much done as I can before my big two week trip which consists of college orientation in Alabama and my mom's business trip to New Orleans. I am so excited to go to both places because I've never been to either. So much big changes ahead!
Something I've been obsessing over even more now that I'm prepping for college is anything and everything Lilly Pulitzer.
I mean seriously, there is nothing cuter or happier than some Lilly prints.
Not to mention there are just so many colorful patterns to choose from.
I use this pattern as the background on my phone and I love it! It something cheerful and happy every time I look at my phone.
This is the pattern on my Lilly agenda and I am so in love with it. I cannot wait to use it for school! Its my first Lilly agenda.

This isn't anywhere near all of their prints (just some of my favorites). I'm not kidding when I say they have so many! In my opinion, there is a Lilly Pulitzer print for everyone.
Right now I'm working on some crafts of painting Lilly prints on stuff for my dorm and I am so excited to share it with everyone. Lilly Pulitzer prints are an easy way to turn any drab dorm room into a colorful and happy place. These prints will be a nice touch of color to my dorm. I've been working hard to make my dorm look colorful, but not look like a rainbow threw up on it. (My last bedroom in California kinda looked like a rainbow threw up it in, which I'm trying to avoid. Picture orange, pink and purple walls....yup. Don't judge me too much for the choices my younger self made.)

In other news, I've finally got my YouTube channel up and running! Yay! I've been meaning to get started in it for a long time now, but I kept making excuses on why I couldn't or shouldn't. My first video, which you can watch here, is sort of a haul video. Its my favorite Bath & Body Works products for summertime. Coming soon: a dorm haul and eventually I'm going to make a dorm room tour. Let me know if you have any ideas for videos to make.

Travel Adventures / / Los Angeles 2015
Hey everyone!
I have a few other trips planned for this summer and I will also post little travel recaps like this for them. I have my college orientation in Alabama in July and shortly after that I am visiting Louisiana with my mom and little sister. I'm also thinking about starting a YouTube so I can make vlogs of trips like this and such. Haven't decided yet.
So, its been way longer than I meant since my last post but life has been getting pretty crazy for my lately.
I've just recently came home from an incredible and fun week long trip to visit some family in LA. It was so much fun spending time with my family down there because I realized it had been about 2 or 3 years since my last visit. Boy, how I really missed it. I didn't get the chance to do too much touristy stuff but I was able to catch up with my cousin's and their families.
Each night was spent at a different house. When I visit LA, I never get a hotel because I always stay with my cousins.
This trip was the last I got to see them before I move to Texas with my mom and little sister in just two more weeks. (I am still in shock how close it is to moving day. Defiantly a bittersweet thing.) I had such a blast going to a preschool graduation, checking out a 3 story mall (complete with a 3 story Target), going to a graduation celebration, and checking out a local farmers market. LA has so much to offer but I also deeply enjoyed this very low key trip with my older sister Cassandra (who drove the whole time because she is incredible) and my little sister A.J.
